Cancellation Policy

As a rule we cannot accept cancellations on the day of the reservation. However, in emergency cases, please contact us.

If you are going to be later than your scheduled arrival, be sure to let us know ahead of time.
If we have not heard from you after your scheduled arrival, your reservation may be cancelled.

Cancellation fees

You will be billed according to the time of cancellation as listed below:

• Cancellation 2-5 days prior to reservation: 10% of lodging cost.
• Cancellation one day prior to reservation: 50% of lodging cost.
• Same day cancellation or non-appearance without contacting us: 100% of lodging cost.

Cancellation fees will be billed to your credit card or bank account. You will be responsible for any billing transaction fees.
